A common question among aspiring entrepreneurs—especially students and young individuals—is: What is the minimum age to register a company in Pakistan? The short answer is: 18 years . Any person who is at least 18 years old and possesses a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) can register a company in Pakistan, either as a single member or as a shareholder or director in a private limited company.
